Tatyana Lavrenko graduated from the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 1993. Since that she started working as a senior laboratory assistant in the department of coordination of the therapeutic service of Ukraine, and since 2003 - as a research assistant.
She participated in the formation of the original information base of the disease status, the prevalence of the main nosological forms and the population health status in different regions of Ukraine; developed "An algorithm for monitoring risk factors and selecting a strategy for the cardiovascular diseases prevention" and the questionnaire to study behavioral risk factors. She participated in the creation of a computer program entitled 'System for risk factors monitoring, prevention and prognosis of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCDs) at the level of primary health care' protected by copyright.
T. Lavrenko carries out the analysis of the questionnaire data on the risk factors for the cardiovascular diseases development, that was used in research. She carries out a comparative description of calendar, biological age and aging rates in patients with various cardiovascular risk factors. She is responsible executor of the patent research report on the research work entitled "Effect of cardiovascular risk factors on premature aging".
She currently participates in the creation, updating and processing of databases and in the patent research of the research work entitled "To determine the impact of genetic and epigenetic factors on the development of premature aging in metabolic-associated diseases and to develop personalized approaches to their prevention."
In 2004 on the basis of KhMAPO she underwent the thematic improvement of the processing and analysis of medical information using computer technologies.
She is the co-author of 10 research papers and the author/co-author of 205 printed scientific works.
