Research experience
2008 – 2013 The theoretical generalization and a new solution of the actual problem of modern therapy, namely developed measures to improve early diagnosis and prognosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with obesity on the basis of a comprehensive study of clinical course, lipid and carbohydrate conditions, changes in liver function , the character of body fat distribution, content of adipose tissue hormones - adiponectin, resistin, inflammatory immune factors - tumor necrosis factor-α, C-reactive protein, genetic determination of polymorphic markers ADIPOR1, ADIPOR2, PNPLA3 in correlation with the degree of hepatic steatosis and cardiovascular risk; the criteria of individualized prescription of early prophylactic and curative measures were proposed.
2013 - present Improvement of early diagnosis and prognosis of chronic non-communicable diseases (dyslipidemia, obesity, diabetes mellitus, hypertension), the search for predictors of cardiovascular risk individualization of preventive and therapeutic measures.
2017-present Proposed an exploratory research project: "Impact of cardiovascular risk factors on premature aging." Since then, vascular aging markers and the development of preventive and therapeutic measures to decrease temps of premature aging have become the focus of scientific interest
