In 1980, she graduated from Donetsk Medical Institute with honors in the specialty - medical business. The internship was held on the basis of the Nikolaev regional hospital. She worked in clinics and outpatient departments of Nikolaev, in particular, for 16 years - as Deputy chief physician for the medical unit of the outpatient department No 3, for 5 years as the Head of the Family outpatient clinic No 5. She has the highest certification category in Therapy, Organization and Management of Health Care, General Practice - Family Medicine.

Since July 2018, she has been working as a Junior researcher in the Department of Scientific-organizational Work and Medical Information with the Library of the Government Institution “L.T. Malaya Therapy National Institute of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”.
